Diversity

Leanne is a champion of diversity, especially within the medical field. Her charity - The Armitage Foundation - is committed to increasing diversity across UK medical schools.
Leanne has also had a wide range of life experiences which have allowed her the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life.

Resilience

Resilience, defined simply, is the ability to bounce back from set-backs. In order to reach her current position, Leanne has had to overcome a number of challenges. Her ability to do this is largely rooted in the fact that she does not make excuses for herself, she accepts her reality and builds a strategy based on this. In the words of Napolean Hill “You are the master of your destiny. You can influence, direct and control your own environment. You can make your life what you want it to be.”

Adapting to Change

We live in a rapidly changing world; in order to keep abreast of such changes, one must be adaptable. Leanne has a vast experience of adapting to change as a result of her varied life experiences and range of responsibilities.
